'This album is a really personal, intimate and very important piece of music for me as it is all about what I've felt, what I've thought, and what I've experienced in my life. Every song is a musical reflection of a different situation, idea or stage that I've had, which makes each tune a unique story and the entire record kind of a journey through what's inside my mind. The creative process was both tough and effortless at some stages. Sometimes I spent hours thinking how to instrumentally express certain elements or feelings and sometimes it just happened very naturally and easily. It was a very interesting and beneficial process for me as I had to dive deep into myself, which I hadn't really done before.'
